Life imitating art

Upon reading 'Because You're Worth It', I was pleased that the finger was pointed at the self righteous do-gooders who often fail to question the impact of their own personal lifestyle on the environment. As these same people seem to have no issue
with preaching to the world about all of the horrendous problems the earth is facing and humanity's unwillingness to help eradicate them. As I am an extreme believer in practicing what you preach, I was glad to see that this hypocrisy wasn't going unnoticed. It makes me think of new-age hippies-some of which are so adamant that eating meat is immoral and murderous, yet south of their ankles are leather jesus sandals and a pig skin bongo.

On a more positive note, I feel that the work Diego and Lucas are presenting is wonderful. It reminds me of the projects we looked at in Kester's 'Conversation Pieces'. It is always refreshing to learn of works that inspire positive change.
