It discusses a question he asks in his blog "In an environmentally themed show, what resources are consumed, and what emissions are produced?"

This is something I actually asked about the In The Balance exhibition, and I'm glad one of the artists actually in the show is making this point.

If instead of having a show about 'saving' the environment, the MCA had turned off all those video loops and lights, how much energy could they have saved a day?

I think this article is fabulous, and brings up a point I'm surprised isn't being discussed more.
